Hey guys and gals, I'm a homebrew noob. I took a leap and ordered two beer recipe kits from ahs, but I'm realizing that I may have jumped farther than I should have. Lol. I ordered a mini kit that's all grain, and a full sized kit if their guiness clone as a mini mash. I'm thinking now that a full extract kit probably would have been better for my first, but we'll see. Lol
