how long to mash flaked wheat

I've been reading about people doing shorter mash times with 2-row, etc (eg 30 minutes). with flaked wheat, i need to still go at least 60 minutes, right?

Maybe, maybe not. Usually if you have enough excess diastatic power, it'll convert just as quickly as the rest of the mash. That said, I almost always mash for 60 minutes with good results (except for mashes with lots of adjuncts when I mash for 90 minutes).
