Tasting Notes
great hop taste finishing with a awesome yellow curry flavor one of my favs
12 lb. briess 2 row
2.8 lb briess pale
.13 lb. briess caramel
1 oz. warrior (60 min)
1 oz. cascade (25 min)
1 oz. palisade (flame out)
3 oz. cascade dry hop (12,7,5, days out from kegging or bottling)
4 table spoons of yellow curry powder at 5 minutes to flame out!

mash at 155f for 1 hour!

i loved this beer its not over powering curry just after tones!
