I'm thinking of getting a fruit press, but I'm nit sure what is best for me. I like to do a variety of fruit from blueberries to plums. One has very small seeds and the other has much bigger ones. Which is the best one to go with?

How much are you expecting to do per batch? For large stoned fruit you will probably be better removing them manually first, if you crush the stones they can release flavors and chemicals that are bad for fermenting.

I usually do 6 gallon batches. The fruits I'm primarily concerned with are pears, loquat (Japanese plum), and cherries.
