Brewed this batch of a Dark IPA about a month ago it's now in bottles/ some in keg and going fast. Divided up into (2) 3 gallon Carboys one got coconut extract (Gourmet Natural Flavors extract i found on ebay) added at bottling i'd say i added roughly 1 oz coconut into the 3 gallons. The other 3 gallons had 1/2 of a vanilla bean pre-soaked in vodka added to the secondary.

Notes: Coconut flavor is great can't stop drinking these ones! The vanilla batch has only a slight hint of Vanilla flavor but is still very good goes down really smooth for a 7.35 ABV beer! Love how both turned out just thought i'd share.
