So I was able to find some Nelson Sauvin pellets that weren't way over priced compared to others and decided to try lagering for the first time!
Used:
10lb Bohemian Pils malt
1lb Crystal 10l
1oz Nelson Sauvin @ 60
.5oz Nelson Sauvin @20
.5oz Nelson Sauvin @10
Did a single infusion mash batch sparge:
Mashed at 151 for 60 minutes and mashout for 10 minutes. smelled amazing!
Kinda drew inspiration from a Northern Brewer Czech pills recipe but mixed up the hops and added the crystal. What do you guys think?
