All Grain
I was planning on sending this into a homebrew contest.
Buuuuuuut..........i drank it all

5-gallon batch all grain.

10-lbs pale maris otter 4L
1-lbs breiss caramel 40L
1-lbs fawcett pale chocolate 180-250L

mashed at 148-f for 90 minutes w/4 gallons water
batch sparged w/ 3 more gallons for another 20-30 minutes

1-oz fuggles hops for bittering @ 60-min boil

yeast-dry packet nottingham

primary in ale pale @ room temp for a month
no secondary...you can if you want to though

OG was 1.060
FG was 1.008
force carbed and serverd on nitro tap
tasting notes
malty,dark chocolate overtones
little to no hop aroma
dark muddy appearance

dear god i just killed the keg of it tonight and i miss it allready
