I know the Saisin is not Ete but I just got an aqaurium heater that can maintain accurate warm temps between 68 and 90 and I am doing a Saison for my next batch.

I was inspired by Brasserie de Blaugies that I tried on New Year's eve. Stellar beer. Sweet fruit that is not at overpowering or, most importantly bubblegummy. More like ripe plums on the background while the beer is still clearly an all-malt beverage.

Anyway, my LHBS only sells WL yeasts. Will the WL Saison do for my purposes here or do I need to seek out a Wyeast strain?

I used the WL saison strain last summer and it worked out great.
