Made this extract recipe up a 5 weeks ago and its sitting in primary and I'm about to either dry hop or cold crash and move to keg.

has anyone made this brew kit before and dry hopped?

Might tosh in 1 oz of cascade... here is the summary:
KIT INVENTORY:
SPECIALTY GRAIN
-- 1 lbs Belgian Caramel Pils
FERMENTABLES
-- 6 lbs Gold malt syrup split addition (60 and 15 min)
HOPS & FLAVORINGS
-- 2 oz Cascade (60 min)
-- 1 oz Cascade (1 min)
YEAST
-- WYEAST 1056 AMERICAN ALE.

Thoughts? Advice? THanks much

I like to dry hop my pale ales - I can't get enough of the hop aroma. An oz. of Cascade would do the trick.

I'd agree that dry hopping would be a good idea. Cascade or Citra would be my choice. Will you dry hop it in the primary or right in the keg?

I decided to drop and oz of cascade pellets in and give it a few more days like 3-4 at 68 degrees.

Tossed it in primary I usually don't secondary that often. Will cold crash in 3 days or so. Class up the brew pretty good.
