I just pop the top off of my first personal recipe a Galena Single hop IPA at 6.4% and 80 IBUs which was dry hoped with Galena for 8 days then cold crashed it has been bottle conditioning for 11 days and it is great. Beautiful clear orange pour with thick white head that has great retention! The Aroma is full of orange and citrus fruit with a hint of coconut, reminded me of the smell and taste of a really good southern ambrosia that would be served at a family reunion! There are no off after taste that one might find early on in the bottle conditioning stage. I can not wait to see how this taste at week two and three I promise to have at least an 18 pack around to try at week 3!
