I'm having my Oktoberfest party tommorow night kinda late for a traditional oktoberfest.
I had to have my party later in the month to accomidate the lagering time on my Oktoberfest, and a Einbecker Ur-Bock Dunke clone. They are my first atempts at an all-grain lager. The Oktoberfest was also my first decoction mash.
The Fall starts kind of late here in DFW anyway.
