So I am trying to find some hops in bulk to replenish my stock and I see sales on the 2011 varieties. Is it pushing my luck to go with those?
Buying 2011 hops on sale? Bad Idea?

It may depend on the variety but I purchased a bunch of Citra (I love these) and didn't get them all used up in a year. Still a nice flavor but waay different than when I first used them. I don't know if it would make a big difference on bittering hops but I'd be careful with those intended for aroma. JMHO
