How long to bottle carb apfelwein?

Hi, folks!

I've got 15 gallons of apfelwein that have been in primaries for 3 weeks. Soon it will be time to carb and bottle...in preparation for a huge dinner party in mid December.

How long will it take them to carb up nicely? The typical 3 weeks for beer? Or longer/shorter?

In my experience it's about the same time as beer. But OTOH, Apfelwein does nicely with a little aging.
