I just started fermenting two days ago and was wondering when should I bottle and do I need to prime my bottles? It's a simple hard cider using champagne yeast.

You didn't mention a lot of details about the brew, but I'd leave it in the primary for a minimum of 2 weeks and then rack to a secondary for at least a month. After that, you can prime just like beer (3-4 oz corn sugar) and bottle for a dry sparkling cider.
