Tasting Notes
Light note of sweetness from the honeymalt. Lovely hoppy finish:)
I've been working a lot with my corp HQ in France and the name of the building in Paris is Le Hive. Thought I'd try my hand at this one:

10.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain
0.50 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain
0.50 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain
1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [9.10 %] (60 min) Hops
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (20 min) Hops
0.50 oz Palisade [7.40 %] (15 min) Hops
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (10 min) Hops
0.50 oz Palisade [8.00 %] (5 min) Hops
1.00 items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs American Ale Yeast (Safeale #US 05) Yeast-Ale

Mash temp target was 150. ABV was 5.22%.

Really enjoying these right now and hope you do too.
