I am wanting to try a recipe that I put together from scratch rather than continueing to use recipes i find on this site (not that im going to stop doing that! HobgoblinII is the best!)

But as a hobby and art, I am having fun putting together scenarios... here is one I might try next... let me kow what you think please.

APA? Looks good, the combination of floral notes from the Willamette and Cent will be neat. Try it!
