I have about 1# each of Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Galena that I have harvested and I would like to brew a highly hopped lager. Maybe bittering with Chinook and dry hopping with Cascade.

I know of many ale recipes to make a dent in my harvest, but is there a lager style/recipe that would do the same?

1 lb dry? Thats a boatload of hops.

I tried my first California common using about 4 oz of Chinook. With homegrown hops, the AA% are a bit of a crapshoot, but I find this one is pretty strong on flavor, but could use a tad more bitterness.

The AA% there are a rough estimate, but I think in the end they were close.
