Me and my friends are new to brewing so we went to brew our first beer with one of good friends and coworkers. We bottled the Hop Rod Rye clone on Thursday and now all I can think about is the glorious moment when I can open the bottle and take the first sip. We have definitely been bitten by the bug but still need to work on patience. We are looking to brew up a nice extract stout next week when we bottle our other ipa. Does anyone have a good extract recipe for a good maple stout?
