Tasting Notes
Beautiful brown-copper color. Nice malty nose and palate balanced out by the hops.
Ordered some lesser known hops from Brewmasters Warehouse including Millennium and Rogue Revolution. After doing some research on the two hops I decided to put them in an APA, and, holy cow, it is probably my and my friends' favorite beer that I've done out of the 11 beers that I've done to date. At the time I did this beer, my efficiency was about 60% (I have since fixed my efficiency) so with that and my 4 gallon batch size you will need to adjust the recipe accordingly, if you have better efficiency and do 5 gallon batches.
