So I have been doing all grain recipes for a couple years now, but being in 4th year of university is leaving me with little time. I was wondering it it was possible to do a bulk partial mash recipe with my 52qt. boiler and mash tun?

I have 9 kegs available and i'd like to fill up an many as quickly as possible.

Any help, input or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

thanks!
Darren

Sure can. Just scale up your recipe using Beersmith, Promash, or one of the many free online calculators to compensate for the IBUs. Then you will top off each of your fermenters with water as usual.
