I'll start by saying I am in no way affiliated with this game or anyone developing it whatsoever.
My second point is that, true it's not technically brewing software.
Anyway, I found this really awesome neat game looking to be funded on Kickstarter.

It's a brewery management game ala Game Dev Story. It tugs at heart strings with 16 bit graphics and generally appears to be awesome.
Breweries are already the play things of my mind (and dreams) so why not play a brewery game, the way I see it.
Thought I'd share with suck like-minded people.
