I have searched the forum and found some information regarding scotch ale yeast temps. I guess my question really lies in what yeast to choose. i don't have a lot of control over temperature. Currently in my basement I can probably ferment in the mid 60s. I get the whole "to style, not to style" if you use certain yeasts. I am just looking to find out what people think my options are. I just want a tasty beer at the end of the day and have never really dabbled in scotch ales.
