Sorry I just had to share. I just got done bottling my first ever batch. It was a 3 gal batch of Cyser. I can't find my darn notebook, I kept very good notes on this thing. I know OG was 1.08 and it ended at .0992. It sat on a cpl of cinamon sticks in secondary. It tastes pretty decent now, should be scrumpdillyiscous in 6 months or so if I can let it sit that long.
I still have 15 gallons in secondaries of various recipes. I plan to start another 10 gallons yet this fall. I want plenty in the pipeline to sip on for the next year and still have some left to age nicely. My SWMBO says I havn't made nearly enough to accomplish this goal. (She knows my drinking habits).
