I went to LHBS looking for wl029 they didn't have it. So I took home this guy. My first experience with this strain and I am pleasantly surprised. In just over one week it took my Kolsch from 1.048 to 1.008 andit dropped out clear. I fermented at 58C and raised it to 64C for a few days just because. Never tasted any diacetyl though. I am cold crashing now, again just because. It is already pretty clear. The gravity sample is d-lish! Super clean and esters to subtle to even call out.

I will be giving it a go with APA's and other styles. I have grown a bit sensitive to Nottingham lately although I haven't tried it really cold.
