Red Hook ESB?

I've got some hops in the freezer I want to use before they go belly up. I have:

1/2 oz. Kent Goldings leaf hops

1/2 oz. Tettnanger pellets

3/4 oz. Cascade pellets

3/4 oz. Willamette pellets

So, I was thinking an ESB would be good. Any other ideas? Thanks!

The Kent Goldings are perfect for an ESB. Those Willamette's would work well also.

Here's a tried and true Red Hook Recipe.

Adjust your hops accordingly.

Turns out these are the hops used in the actual Redhook ESB recipe, just like BierMuncher's recipe. You'll need to scrounge up more though.

Yeah, I knew I would need more of the hops, but good to see I can use these up, and a Red Hook ESB clone sounds delicious.

Thanks for the recipe. I saw how you were going to dry hop the next batch, did you end up doing that? I was hoping to use the kent goldings for this, good choice?

I can't speak for BierMuncher's recipe, but I can say that Kent Goldings are excellent hops for an ESB.

Well then, I could follow his recipe and dry hop with the kent goldings. Good plan? I think so!
