I don't trust the FG reading I took today while kegging my Scottish 70 Shilling. I pulled some beer out with my baster, put it in the hydrometer flask (thought it was enough), then siphoned the rest into my keg. After kegging, my hydrometer was reading 1.020, but I noticed that the hydrometer was pretty much still resting on the floor of the flask (maybe a sub-millimeter of liquid underneath), so I'm not trusting it. Can I take another reliable reading after carbonation? I'd guess the carbonation will probably falsely elevate the reading. Thanks

let it sit overnight, shake it up. Once the carbonation is gone you'll get a accurate fg reading.
