Hey there,
So I just got a colman 2 gallon cooler w/ spigot that I am going to use as my MLT for partial mashes. Or rather, that i just DID use for a partial but, my efficiency was quite low.
So to that end I want to come up w/a few small batches so I can test out efficiencies w/o having to do a whole 5 gallon batch. (And I can do it all grain)
Here it is.. seems simple.
All Grain, using the BYO Countertop method. (5.5L mash 5.5 sparge?)
2.25# Wheat Malt
1.50# Vienna
.25# Carawheat
.25# Roasted wheat
.50 Tettenag (45 min)
German Ale wyeast 1007
Thoughts?
