This is basically the recipe from Instructables: How To Make Beer (http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-Beer/)...

Crushed malt grain, mix of both light and dark powdered (didn't have enough light), northern brewer, safale.

Currently in bottles, using table sugar for first time...

Oooh, I'm happy with how this turned out.
Mostly with my carbonation. I probably erred on the side of caution with sugar amount but, unlike my last brew, a pumpkin ale full of maple syrup, which turned out sweet and flat, this actually has fizz :)

The flavour - nothing special. Heavier than my previous three brews to date, through combination of both extra dark and light grain.

I'm happy :)
