Here's a free timer utility that may be useful for iPad/iPhone users. It's called LabTimer by 0x0c (Jeremy Murray). There is also a $2.99 version called LabTimerPhD -- I don't see any differences in functionality, but it's a good way to support the developer.
It supports up to 16 simultaneous stopwatch or countdown timers with alarms. I'm going to try it on my next brewday. Here's a screenshot of me tinkering with 8 different timers to simulate the brewday:
1: Stopwatch for elapsed time of full brew day
5: Stopwatch for elapsed time to heat strike water
6: Stopwatch for elapsed time to heat sparge water
9: Countdown for 60 minute mash
10: Countdown for 60 minute sparge
13: Countdown for 60 minute boil and first hop
14: Countdown for 30 minute hop
13: Countdown for 15 minute hop
