1 oz Columbus at 30 min

This is a 5 gallon batch. What ya think?
I'm going for a wheat with citrus flavor, but not too hoppy. Columbus is described as having a woody flavor which I think will go well with the coriander.
I'm mainly wondering about the zest. I've used fruit and berries before, but never zest.
