Irish Moss and Hops at Flame Out

I want to add 1 tsp of Irish Moss with 15 minutes left in the boil. However, my recipe calls for addition of some pellet hops at flame out (for 20 minutes).

If I add the Irish Moss, will it affect my late hop addition?
 
The Irish Moss is for clearing your beer and shouldnt interfere with your late hop addition. I think all is well!
 
Good to go. I add irish moss to everything that isn't a stout just about, and usually always have late hop additions.
