I just got my Christmas ale ingredients today from nb. That crystallized ginger smells amazing. I put the recipe together myself. I've only been brewing since April and have about 12 brews completed. So I just based my recipe off of kits I did but different grain. My Xmas ale is has wheat In it. I'm hoping to have a dark blonde color.
