Hey - so I looked all over and couldn't find this anywhere. Is there an approximate "fresh spruce to extract" conversion? I wanted to try Charlie P's Bruce & Kay honey spruce recipe, but I want to use spruce tips, instead of the extract. He calls for 1 oz. of extract - any suggestion as to how much I should use?
