    Making Traditional rice Wine. Cheap, Fun, and Different

    Yeast balls contain both the fungus that converts starch into sugars and the yeast that converts the sugars to alcohol. Now, have anyone tried to mash in cooked rice with malted barley then add yeast? Would that still be classified as rice wine? How would it taste like?
