    Keg tap

    Hey guys. This is going to be a rather stupid question I'm sure but I bought a quick serve tap for my 25 litre pressure keg but it didn't come with a nut to screw on the back. Should it? I've had a look online and a lot of them don't. Should I just slot it in with a washer or something?

    Far too quick?

    Sorry it's a cider batch I'm having the problem with. OG was around the 1.06 mark and I used champainge yeast. Usually I would expect it to be steadier. As for temp, around 7ºC or so..

    I started my first 25 liter batch on Sunday, had a lot of angry sounding bubbles for a few days and now nothing. Not a single bubble today :/ Should I be concerned?

    Day three. Got about a bubble a second, is that too fast or fairly normal? How long would you suggest leaving it to ferment before bottling? Then how long before I can try it? Should I do any secondary fermentation ect and how do I do it?
