History is fun- this civil war cannon battery was located directly underneath the house that me and my buddies started brewing in in college. So we had to name a beer after it... after all, as a distributor once told us "have each beer tell a story." :

Finally got around to putting a batch of labels on some bottles (we mostly keg our beer). Crappy cell picture, but I think the labels turned out pretty nice:

I've been slacking on my label production, but I did manage to whip up a label for our O.C.T. Oktoberfest.... which just won 1st Place Judges Choice at the latest competition we attended last Saturday! Our first 1st place, yeah!

5. How does one go about getting these printed? I'm guessing a commercial outfit?

I had to fight to get the keg spear out of the sanke I bought to make my keggle. It's teh suck, but I eventually got it out with a small pick from Harbor Freight: http://www.harborfreight.com/4-piece-pick-and-hook-set-66836.html I'd keep trying to get it out w/o drilling, if possible.

Made a label for an Irish Red, but I couldn't leave well enough alone. I ended up taking the idea of "Red" and running with it... The Irish version: The Commie version (lolz):
