New to home brewing. Interest was picqued when the girlfriend got me a gift certificate to the Brewers Apprentice in Freehold NJ. Went and made a 15 gallon batch of New England Chestnut Brown. Loved drinking everydrop.

Now I bought a home brew kit and am ready to go!
