    I am getting horrible efficiency and really feel like giving up. HELP!

    First time on this...hope this works. I think 2qts./lb is a very thin mash. The result is that you have so much water in there, that very little (only 2 gals.) of sprage water are used. Spage water should be in the 168 to 170 degree range, BTW. But back to the subject... sparging, or lack...
