    I use 3 5 gal corneys and 1 3 gal on the hump, so a total of 4. Judging by what @evolutionary says above, you can fit 5 corneys with a collar.

    Sorry, quote doesn't give a lot of context, but long story short, I can't get to a boil at all... I have the same issue with mine... I have the 6.5 gal version. If I leave the lid half way on, it reads 212F, but there's no sign of boiling. If I leave the lid off, it'll max out at around 200F...
