can you keep me informed on the oak taste, I thought about buying one but was concerned there would be too much oak taste with the more surface area of a smaller barrel.
has anyone tired to naturally carbornate a keg with less then 5 gallons? say about 3 gallons. when I try it i just get a lot of preasure and no co2 disolved. any ideas?
My third batch of all grains starting gravity is way under then what it should be. its at about 1.038 when i should be at 1.050. is there anything i can do now to fix this? any tips to aviod this in the future? I apln in using a couple more lbs of grains next time.
