1st all grain batch, please help with hop schedule

I am going to brew a smash tonight; using pale malt and German opal hops. I have a pound of hops, so what would be a good hops schedule (note, I know I will not be using the entire pound of hops).

WTB: Mash Tun (rectangular) and Burner - Milwaukee Area

I guys, I am moving to an all grain set up, and I would like to get a gently used or new mash tun and a propane burner. I know I could make it myself, but maybe there is one you are getting rid of that you wanted to go to a new home. I am only going to be doing 5 gallon batches, so the tun...

Have to travel and need advice on what to do with beer in secondary

I have to travel this week, and I won't have time to bottle tomorrow. I currently have a saison which is "dry hopping" on lemon rind and ginger, and it has been on those flavors for a week. Should I transfer to another carboy or can it sit on the fruit for another week (2 weeks in total)?

    Saison Help

Which yeast strain are you using? I just used wyeast 3726 and started it at normal temps and then ramped it up to the mid 80s. Turned out great!
