BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde is a pretty easy first brew. It was my first all grain brew.

It's the same for me, I have noticed my hangovers are not as bad when over indulging on home brew vs commercial.

There is no need for a secondary on this beer. You will be fine leaving it in the primary for the extra time.

I am going to give this a shot for my next brew day. Realy hoping it corrects the off taste I've been experiencing. That is a great idea to add the additional salts to the glass to get a feel for the effect they have.
