I've moved on to bottling. My pressure barrel leaked, and I don't really have the funds to move up to kegging just yet, but I will eventually.

For the really stubborn labels that nothing else works for, I use sand paper after soaking them. Sand the label away, and then give it a scrub with a steel scourer before soaking it and rinsing it out well. Works like a charm.

For true hero points, do a Mexican Centurion, which is every tenth shot instead of beer you have tequila. I've never seen anyone manage it and still be awake half an hour afterwards.

Ok so I currently have a rather large IPA in secondary that has been dry hopping with a good few ounces of cascade hops. It looks amazing, and the sneaky sample I had when racking it to secondary was fantastic. So I don't want to screw this up. It is in a carboy, with loose whole leaf hops...

I added 8oz of cocoa (make into a paste with water first) 10 minutes before the end of the boil. This resulted in a very nice level of chocolate taste, nice and balanced.
