This is my homebrewing story. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

It's an old electrical box from a furnace. I removed the wiring diagrams and painted it with Rustoleum Hammered paint. Cut the rectangles out with a Dremel tool.

Thanks! I picked up the clamps from the scrapyard. I remember seeing them online somewhere but I can't seem to find them now.

Contact Stainless Brewing. They are a vendor here. http://www.stainlessbrewing.com/ I'm sure you could work up something like this.

Retrofit Bayou S14 with natural gas chinese wok burner?

Why just buy the natural gas orifice for the Bayou Classic burner? That way you could always switch back.

    Bottle or keg?

Bottling is a right of passage. Your first few batches should be bottled IMO. Some people don't mind it. I'm not one of those people.

Here is a real nice 2 tier stand. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/my-rig-105047/ It's not any less floor space than a single tier but you can fly sparge with one one pump. Keep in mind you can batch sparge with one pump on a single tier also if you are trying to save money on a pump. I'm still...

    Pin lock kegs

For me its just a couple more steps I don't mind spending a few bucks to avoid. A pull ring makes it really easy to purge a keg.

    Pin lock kegs

Yes you can buy a whole new lid or just the release valve. Keg Connection has them both, as well as other vendors.

Good question! I had to look back at old online order emails to figure it out. I brewed my first batch in December of 2010. So the evolution has been pretty slow but I have been trying to think my upgrades out to really tailor my system how I want. It gives me a chance to look around for deals...

    Tri-Clamp Aerator Build

That is very cool. I like how you can see it in action while still being closed off. I just might have to copy your design!

Not much of an update but a few thing I have been making some progress on. I had been lighting my burner with a BBQ lighter which works fine, I guess. I needed to make it a little more complicated so I made a little control panel , labels coming soon. Main power, burner power switch with blue...

Possible direct spark ignitor alternative. Robertshaw 785-001

Yeah the Blichmann is doing exactly what you are talking about, sounds like a different ignition module though. I had a 785-00A in the back of the shop and so I wired it up and shot a video real quick so you can see how it operates.
