    Stuck in teacher conferences all day, so I'm reading HBT.

    Can't surf at work - big bro is a watch'in. But, I make sure the city water is processed right for the weekend brewing. ___________ Brewing Deep Woods Stout & Northern IPA - got to get my fermentator(s) filled.

    Milk Stout (WARNING: makes you back fire), Winter Ale, Hard Cider - broken ankle is better brewing Back Woods Stout and Northern IPA back-to-back this weekend!!!! HO! YA!

    Carbonation problem

    For what its worth. My Milk Stout took three weeks in the basement @ 62 F to get a baby head. I know good things are ahead!! Just got to keep my hand off it!!!
