Coors Batch 19 Clone (Work in Progress)

I was wondering if you have brewed this again and made any changes to the recipe. I recently found Batch 19 and really enjoy it. Your recipe looks good, but I don't think it fits the style or the info on the batch 19 website. I doubt Bohemian Pils was used in 1919, as the common grain was...

Berliner Weiss - Full Sail Brewing

Forgot to mention .. Edgeoftheus .. 2 packets of lacto is overkill. If you're trying to make it more sour, then add the lacto first and give it a couple days before you add the sacc.

Berliner Weiss - Full Sail Brewing

In my opinion FS Berliner is a good beer. However, I'm not sure how they can get away with calling it a berliner wise or a sour. 4000w enough for Keggle Brewing??

I have a 4500 watt ULWD Ripp in my BK and I can get from 153 to boiling in a lot less than 30 mins on a 5 gal batch. I've only tested with water on my new RIMs setup. I've heard others state they have to set it back to 60% duty cycle to get the boil under control once boiling.

If I do it again ... forget the AMP and Volt Meters!

I agree with Kal, having three failures is odd. I followed Kals procedures and the only problems I had involved my wiring. The diagram on ebay and the diagram on the back of the voltmeter were not the same. I agree that I don't see the point of having a voltmeter. An amp meter for me is very...
