found some cascade hops in another shop.just extra shipping costs but whatever. for the 0.75 ounc centennial i will just use cascade right?

how much tablesugar do you need to prime your cider when bottling it? how much for lets say 20l of cider or is it better to use unfermented cider that was frozen and then added back prior to bottling?

hello everyone.i just drank the flying dog classic pale ale and i really like it.its just the 4th ale i ever had so it might not be the best but it hits my taste really really good.so does anyone have a recipe for that beer or that comes close to it.would be really awesome:P

does anyone know what yeast they use in the bottle conditioned WESTMALLE TRIPEL.is the yeast in the bottle the same that is used for the primary fermentation?
