Crazy Irish, what is the total remaining amount we need to cover? If we have an official number, we can all organize around what we need to cover and I can get you another check and I am sure the others will do the same.

At this point can the rest of us order a little more to make up for those that didn't send a check? I could order another bag or split and order with others just to get the ball rolling. Just let us know.
