Just racked this onto oak chips smells great taste good and can't wait till it is done oaking and can drink it.

I just got done making this exactly as posted and hope it turns out good. I am a fan of the Octoberfest by SA so hope it is close. Planing on going with the 1 week primary 4 weeks secondary and 1 week in keg before taping. Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

Thanks to all who gave me input on this.

I am very pleased with how this turned out. Think I will tweak the late hop amounts to give it a little more aroma.

What is better for dry hoping pellet or leaf.

How did this turn out? Looks like something I would like to try never used the falcons flight before.

Update I put this beer in the keg two days ago and it smells and taste good for room temp flat beer. OG was 1.066 and FG was 1.006 so should be around 7.8 ABV. Just added some gelatin to clear it up and hope to be drinking this time next week.
