I like all grain brewing and growing hops. I've done it for 3 years. I learned on all grain. I never did an extract recipe although I've seen it done.
I brew 10 gallon batches with stainless kegs for hot water and boiling. I use turkey fryer type propane burners.
I like reading this forum. It's the first forum I've really spent much time in. I think it is great.
Brewing is such a vast topic. It's fun to share info and I'm glad people on here seem really cool.
Now that I've tasted my first mead my level of interest in it has increased dramatically.
Now that I've been brewing for a while I've been able to help a few other people start brewing. It has been a cool journey so far. As of last year we keep 2 hives of bees.
Sharing the homebrew with friends has been quite enjoyable.
